CNAS Assistance is here to book medical appointments for you (GP, telemedicine, gynecologist, physiotherapist, dentist, ophthalmologist, etc.) or organize home visits in France.
Our team can also help you obtain medical or administrative information by contacting hospitals or clinics or provide translations (French / English).

Is it possible to see a specialist doctor without a referral (introduction letter)?
In France, some specialists can be consulted without a letter of referral: gynecologist, dentist, pediatrician, ophthalmologist, psychiatrist. Other specialists are normally only accessible after having been seen by a general practitioner, who writes a letter of referral. It should be noted, however, that some of these services accept foreign patients without a letter of referral when they are billed outside the social security system.

Who can benefit from CNAS services?
Our customers are assistance and insurance companies, aircraft manufacturers or any professional requiring the services we offer. We do not work directly with private individuals. If you are an individual and have a need (ambulance, cab, breakdown service, rental car, etc.), please contact your insurance company directly.

How do I request a service from CNAS?
It's very simple, just send us an email to cnas@cnas-assistance.com, providing the necessary information. Our team will send you a confirmation of receipt within 15 minutes.
