Home nursing service
Home nursing is a specialized service in which nurses come to your home to provide the care you need.
To ensure your patient's comfort, we work with nursing practices throughout France and can arrange home nursing care (dressings, injections, medication distribution...) or home care assistants (such as bathing, grooming and feeding).
Our operations center is at your service to organize and pay for home care.

Can I make an appointment for a house call?
Not really. For a homevisit request, it is necessary to contact the local Housecall center. Patients accepted by the house call service are registered on a visit request list. Doctors carry out visits in order of registration and emergency. It is therefore not possible to have a fixed appointment time, but a time slot will be indicated whenever possible.

Who can benefit from CNAS Assistance services?
Our customers are assistance and insurance companies, aircraft manufacturers or any professional requiring the services we offer. We do not work directly with private individuals. If you are an individual and have a need (ambulance, cab, breakdown service, rental car, etc.), please contact your insurance company directly.

How do I request a service?
It's very simple, just send us an email to cnas@cnas-assistance.com, providing the necessary information. Our team will send you a confirmation of receipt within 15 minutes.
